Noor Dubai

Noor Dubai initiative was launched in September 2008 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai with a vision of a world free from preventable forms of blindness. Noor Dubai later became a non-government non-profit entity enjoying the full legal capacity and independence required to carry out all its tasks and achieve its targets.
