​Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to open, tomorrow 6th November 2016, the second regular term of the FNC's 16th legislative chapter at FNC headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
 
Upon the arrival of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum at Zayed Hall, the opening ceremony is to commence with the recitation from the Holy Quran, following which His Highness will inaugurate the second regular term of the FNC's 16th legislative chapter and read out the convocation decree.
