Introduction

In 2001, Sheikh Mohammed established this annual award to encourage professionalism in the Arab world by recognising the Arab public and private sector organisations with the highest leadership and management standards.

Best Arab Organization: This category encompasses any Arab non-governmental organization operating in the Arab World

Best Arab Management Practice: This category entails any experiment, project, or modern administrative system implemented by the public or private sector.

Best Management Personality: This category includes selection of an Arab personality reputed for excellence, improvement and institutional achievements.

Distinguished Arab Manager Woman: This category comprises selecting an Arab woman personality known for excellence and institutional achievements.

Distinguished Arab Manager: This category includes selecting an Arab executive manager or official employed by either the governmental or private sectors.

Distinguished Arab Employee: This category encompasses selecting an Arab male or female employee working in either the private or public sectors merited by his/her outstanding achievements and innovative initiatives.
